6 x 130g Velvet Cloud creamy soft cheese Labneh
Made using a traditional labneh recipe, this is a soft creamy delicious sheep's milk cheese, a sustainable cow dairy alternative.
Suggested uses:
- Spread on crackers or crusty bread, stir into pasta, and use as a creamy topping on a baked potato or stuffed peppers.
- Top chicken breasts or fish pieces (e.g. hake or cod) with labneh and dukkah and serve.
- Spread on wraps or sandwiches.
- Beat the labneh adding flavouring of your choice, for example, garlic, smoked paprika, pesto, or dill, and then use it as a creamy spread or topping.
- Roast some aubergines, then top with labneh and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Store in a refrigerator, but best served at room temperature.
Once opened, it should last in a fridge for 4 to 6 days.
The soft cheese will freeze, but we recommend stirring it on defrosting
