Soft Sheeps Cheese 130g

The texture really is as soft as the name suggests—it melts across a cracker without any crumble. I've been eating a slice plain with my afternoon tea and the rich, creamy sheep's milk flavor is exactly what I was hoping for.

Bought this for a cheese board and ended up eating half of it straight from the fridge—it's that good. The 130g piece is just right for two or three servings, though I wish it came in a bigger size for the price. Spreads beautifully on crackers without being runny.
