解凍方法：キッチンで8〜12時間置き、その後冷蔵庫で一晩置き、使用前によく振ってください。解凍を早めるために電子レンジを使用しないでください。乳が分離する原因となります。
Took a while to thaw in the fridge, but once it did, pouring it over my morning granola felt like a proper treat. The grass and clover grazing the ewes do must be what gives it that clean, rich finish.
The texture after thawing is so creamy and rich that it feels closer to pouring cream than regular milk. I love that the ewes are pasture-grazed, it comes through in the taste. Definitely worth the freezer space.
The frozen blocks thawed beautifully and the milk stayed silky with that sweet, grassy finish you only get from pasture-raised ewes. I’ve been using it in my morning coffee and it froths up like a dream without any separation. The 7-litre pack is perfect for our weekly baking and cereal habit.
