La leche de oveja Velvet Cloud proviene de nuestro querido rebaño de ovejas lacune y frisona, que pastan en prados de hierba y trébol durante todo el año. La leche de oveja fresca pasteurizada se congela especialmente mediante congelación por ráfaga (un método de congelación rápida) para conservar todas las bondades y beneficios únicos de la leche de oveja. Esto te permite mantenerla en tu congelador hasta cuatro meses, y la congelación por ráfaga garantiza que las propiedades cremosas y naturalmente homogeneizadas permanezcan intactas al descongelarla. La leche de oveja es adecuada para muchas personas que sienten sensibilidad a los lácteos de vaca; está naturalmente homogeneizada (por lo que no se somete a ningún procesamiento). Tiene un perfil nutricional más alto que la leche de vaca o de cabra y un sabor más suave y cremoso.

Para descongelar: déjala reposar en tu cocina durante 8-12 horas, luego en tu nevera durante la noche y agítala antes de usarla. No la descongeles en el microondas para acelerar el proceso, ya que podría hacer que la leche se corte.
